MICHAEL J. HENDRIXSON, Principal

Michael J. Hendrixson has been in the insurance industry since 1974. He holds a Bachelor`s Degree in History from Christian Brothers University, a Masters in Psychology from Villanova University, and Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from The American College.

Mike began his career with Aetna as a corporate recruiter, working on agency development in the Mid-Atlantic area for 6 years. In 1980 he left management and became an individual life insurance agent with Karr Barth Associates in Philadelphia. 

Seven years later he co-founded The Conestoga Group, adding employee benefit specialization for closely held businesses to his insurance menu. 

He established Hendrixson and Associates, Inc. as his own financial services company in January of 1998.

Mike has received numerous industry production awards throughout his career, including "Top of the Table" and being named in the top 2% of producers with two major insurance carriers - Equitable and Penn Mutual. He has qualified 4 times as a member of  Penn Mutual's Golden Eagle Club.  This club is an elite group of professional agents and financial advisors who have achieved exceptional results in helping clients meet their needs for financial security.  In addition, Mike has recently been awarded membership in the prestigious STAR Program--a Penn Mutual program that recognizes top agents for their outstanding achievement.

Mike is Securities and Life and Annuity licensed in California, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He is also Securities licensed in the  Nevada, and Virginia. In addition, he is Life and Annuity licensed in  Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oregon, Texas, and Utah.

He was born in Philadelphia and has lived in the Delaware Valley most of his life. He and Barbara reside in Malvern and have 3 grown daughters. Mike is an avid golfer.

RIC PINOLA,  Principal

Ric joined Hendrixson & Associates in January of  2005 with 12 years of success in both sales and sales management and is looking forward to taking his career in financial services to the next level as a result of our affiliation together.  

Immediately prior to joining us, Ric spent five years as a sales manager for The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company's Philadelphia Region, one of the company's most successful, award-winning field organizations.  In addition to tending to his own clients and sales goals, this position gave him responsibility for guiding the efforts of other producers affiliated with the region and helping them achieve their business objectives.  Plus, he served the region as securities principal for its branch office.

His career also includes his role as a sales representative for Karr Barth Associates, where he also helped clients identify and meet their needs for financial security with insurance and investment-related products.

Ric, studied accounting and finance while attending Gettysburg College and has spent most of the past 25 years in the Chester County area.  Currently he lives in Malvern with his wife, Missy, and their two children, Ricky and Emma. 

Ric, is an avid skier and a struggling golfer.

JUDY R. NIGRO, LONG TERM CARE SPECIALIST

Judy began her industry career with Penn Mutual's regional pension and annuity sales office.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Judy has focused on managing,developing and promoting, marketing programs for industry professionals. In addition she has implemented marketing and business plans for various high level producers to help them achieve more profitable and predictable business growth.

Judy's most recent experience of managing a new brokerage office allowed her to expand her life insurance, disability income and long term care insurance knowledge to include case management, carrier and product selection based on product features and benefits, insurance illustrations and underwriting.

Judy is a graduate of Philadelphia University with a B.S. in Marketing.  She grew up in Broomall and resides in North Wales, PA with her husband, Vito.

Judy enjoys playing softball and volleyball as well as dabbling in interior design and creative arts.
